Tradelink - Bowen Hills

Went to get a tap seal and was talked into buying a whole tap set for $56. The tap set was not what I needed so I brought it back to get a refund. Even though I was given advice to buy the tap set to fix the problem they charged me a 15% re-shelving fee??. I spoke to other Tradelink workers on the sunshine coast and they said that they wouldn't do anything like that. It seems like that are just a bunch of wanna-be plumbers who don't know what they are talking about then charge you when they mess up.
